Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, trends, and community engagement. You will oversee content creation, manage campaigns, and foster meaningful connections with our audience

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Social Media Strategy Development – Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.

🎨 Content Creation – Oversee and guide the creation of high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

💬 Community Engagement & Management – Manage and cultivate meaningful interactions with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering relationships. Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers to drive conversations.

🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, design, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals, brand consistency, and smooth execution of campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Experience – Proven experience in social media management, preferably 3+ years, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across various platforms.

• 📝 Skills – Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically. Strong leadership skills to guide a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
