We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team by hiring the right talent to support our growth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate further rounds Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills Proficient with ATS platforms and job posting tools Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Show more Show less
