Job Overview

We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager who can support and manage content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should bring strong communication skills, a solid grasp of digital trends, and a willingness to learn in a structured team setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams (copy, design, strategy) for brand-aligned content
• Write engaging captions and adapt brand voice for different channels
• Track social trends and suggest timely campaign or content ideas
• Monitor page interactions and respond in brand tone
• Assist in generating basic analytics and reporting metrics
• Participate in internal brainstorming and campaign development discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects count)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
• Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Proactive and organized with an eye for detail and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or freelance experience in social media or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
• Awareness of current platform algorithms and content best practices
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Suite
