Role Description

• Strategic Leadership

  : Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives.

• Team Management

  : Lead, mentor, and support a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video editors; conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback.

• Content Oversight

  : Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce high-performing content tailored for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Marketing Campaigns

  : Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer initiatives.

• Crisis & Reputation Management

  : Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels.

• Platform Innovation

  : Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success growing brand presence and engagement across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices, social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and content performance metrics.

• Experience in team management, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and tone-of-voice consistency.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
