Senior Graphic Designer

Hi Everyone! We at ANJ Creations are seeking a strategic, creative, and experienced Graphic Designer who can not only produce standout visuals but also lead a team of designers across projects. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with leadership skills, ensuring that all creative output aligns with brand objectives and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Conceptualize and execute visually striking and brand-consistent creative assets (digital, print, motion, etc.). Oversee design workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output within deadlines. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver on creative briefs. Maintain and evolve brand identity systems across various platforms. Review and approve design work, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment. Stay up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and best practices. Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and skill development sessions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum 6-8 years of professional design experience with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, etc. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in managing design teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
