About Niveshaay:

Niveshaay is a SEBI-registered investment institution with two AIFs and curated equity basket portfolios, helping investors to Invest the Entrepreneur Way. We are a young and energetic team known for deep on-ground research, scuttlebutt insights, and detailed fundamental reports.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can independently lead projects, plan the design pipeline, and convert research-based data into compelling visuals. A designer who can understand and refine our brand identity, boost brand presence, and bring creativity to every assignment.

What You Will Handle:

* Convert research data into impactful designs

* Lead visual direction across digital platforms

* Plan and manage the design pipeline end-to-end

* Coordinate effectively with research and content teams

* Maintain consistent brand communication

* Stay updated with design trends, bring fresh ideas, and help strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual identity

What We’re Looking For:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

* 5+ years of professional design experience

* Proficiency in Adobe Suite 

* Proficient with AI-assisted design tools and willing to adopt emerging creative technologies

* Strong conceptual thinking and ability to simplify information-heavy content

* Bonus: experience with finance or research-focused design
