Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer leads the creative design process for digital, print, and video-based media projects. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, leadership ability, and expertise in creating high-quality graphics for branding, advertising, social media, thumbnails, motion graphics, and media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concept & Design Execution

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual styles for media production projects.
• Design graphics for social media posts, thumbnails, posters, banners, presentations, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with directors, scriptwriters, and editors to create visual assets that enhance video content.

2. Team Leadership & Project Management

• Guide junior designers and interns with feedback and mentoring.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining high quality standards.

3. Branding & Visual Identity

• Create and maintain brand guidelines for production houses, shows, and clients.
• Develop cohesive visual identities for campaigns and media projects.
• Ensure all graphics align with brand tone, color theory, and typography standards.

4. Motion Graphics & Video Collaboration

• Create titles, lower thirds, intro/outro animations, and motion elements for video production (if required).
• Collaborate with video editors and motion designers to integrate graphics seamlessly into video timelines.

5. Client Communication & Presentation

• Present design ideas, mockups, and storyboard concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Understand client briefs, interpret requirements, and translate them into impactful creatives.
• Revise work based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

6. Asset Management & Quality Control

• Organize project files, maintain design libraries, and ensure proper version control.
• Review final outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic video editing is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, and design principles.
• Creative thinking and the ability to interpret briefs into unique designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in branding projects or agency work.
• Knowledge of motion graphics
• Photography or illustration skills (optional but beneficial).

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
