Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Manager with proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and overall digital campaign management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an advertising agency environment, handling multiple clients, leading social strategies, and delivering measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple clients.Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.Lead the content calendar, campaign planning, and execution across all social platforms.Monitor performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions, engagement, etc.) and optimize campaigns.Guide creative and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives and social campaigns.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations and KPIs are met.Manage a small team of executives and ensure timely project delivery.Stay updated with platform algorithms, ad policies, and digital marketing trends.Prepare performance reports and present insights/recommendations to clients and management.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of experience in social media & paid ads management.Prior work experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.Analytical mindset with ability to create data-driven strategies.Preferred SkillsExperience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and content strategy.Team management experience.
