Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. The role involves providing training to customers, maintaining records of sales, and actively working towards solving customer issues. Active engagement in promoting sales and upholding high standards of customer service will be expected on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and guiding customers
Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
