Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our brand’s social media presence across all platforms, engaging with our online community, and driving measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest optimizations based on data.
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity consistently across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
