Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist who can lead our SEO team and also train students in the fundamentals and advanced aspects of SEO. This dual-role position requires expertise in SEO strategy, implementation, and analytics, along with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire others.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting 2-hour training sessions in the morning for students, followed by handling client projects, team management, and SEO strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily 2-hour SEO training sessions for students in the morning.
• Lead and manage the in-house SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members.
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring others will be a strong advantage.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Work Timing:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible as per requirement).
• First 2 hours of the day dedicated to training sessions, followed by project work.
