SEO Specialist

Role: SEO Specialist

Location :Kochi/Remote

Shift: 1 PM 10 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to improve traffic, conversions, market share, and brand authority.
  
• Conduct technical SEO analysis, keyword research, intent mapping, and competitive benchmarking.
  
• Optimize site architecture, taxonomy, metadata, structured data, and internal linking for improved discovery.
  
• Create and manage SEO roadmaps, experiments, and measurable optimization plans.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, content, product, and data/ML teams to implement SEO initiatives.
  
• Review logs, performance reports, analytics, and ranking data to drive insights and improvements.
  
• Support testing cycles and validate SEO-related enhancements before release.
  
• Maintain SEO documentation, SOPs, workflows, and issue/risk trackers.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, and semantic search.
  
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GSC, log file analysis, etc.
  
• Good knowledge of taxonomy design, product data, metadata models, and search relevance ranking.
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven search trends, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, etc.
  
• Ability to convert business goals into actionable SEO strategies and experiments.
  
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, DTC, or retail domains.
  
• Exposure to PIM systems and product data governance.
  
• Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas.
  
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, JSON, data modeling).
