Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of our clients' digital presence, engaging with audiences, and driving brand awareness across various social platforms. Your role is pivotal in executing innovative social media strategies that align with our clients' objectives and resonate with their target audiences. Key Responsibilities - Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance community engagement. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and live event coverage, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite to track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and impactful social media initiatives that support overarching marketing objectives. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive. Skills - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1–4 years in social media management, preferably within an advertising or digital agency setting. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
