Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Content Planning & Execution

  • Assist in creating and managing monthly social media content calendars.
  • Post and schedule content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content.

2. Community Management

  • Monitor social channels daily for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond to audience interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain a positive online community for each client.
  • Escalate customer queries or issues to the account manager when needed.

3. Campaign Support

  • Assist in executing paid social media campaigns under the guidance of the Social Media Manager or Performance Team.
  • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, clicks, etc.).
  • Help optimise campaigns based on performance insights.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Gather and compile social media performance data using analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements based on insights.

5. Trend Monitoring & Research

  • Stay updated on social media trends, new tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders for content inspiration.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and creative formats for upcoming campaigns.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, design, and copywriting teams to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Coordinate with account managers for approvals and client feedback.
  • Support the social media manager in campaign execution and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing (internship or agency experience preferred).
  • Good understanding of major platforms and their content requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and social media tools (specially Meta Business Suite,
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with paid ads or influencer collaborations is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
