About the Company

Flymedia Technology a leading digital marketing company based in Ludhiana, engaged in both Indian and international projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a Social Media Executive with about 1 year of experience to help us grow our online presence and engagement.The Social Media Executive will execute and manage social media campaigns across platforms for domestic and global clients. You will help create content as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and posting content on social media platforms (static posts, stories, reels, videos) in line with the content calendar.
• Support content creation: writing captions, sourcing/briefing visuals, adapting creative formats for various platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, platform updates/algorithms and suggest ideas accordingly.
• Help produce performance reports (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.), using analytics tools.
• Work with the design/content team to ensure brand consistency across posts and platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Approx. 1 year of experience in social media management or a related digital/marketing role.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong writing skills (captions, posts) and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Good verbal & written communication in english.
