Job Overview:


The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities across platforms, executing content calendars, collaborating with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas, researching trends and audience behaviour, assisting in developing social media strategy plans, supporting influencer campaigns, and staying up to date with evolving social media trends.


What you’ll do:


  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Zoho Socials, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Execute and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to campaign and content ideas in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Research social media trends, formats, audience behaviour, and platform updates.
  • Assist in developing social media strategy plans for brands and campaigns.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns, including coordination and timely execution.
  • Monitor content performance and share basic insights and observations.
  • Assist in preparing campaign analytics and performance reports.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone, guidelines, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for timely delivery.


Required Skills:


  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Basically, you live and breathe social media.
  • 0-2 years of experience in social media or related fields.
  • Good content writing and captioning skills.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short-form video formats.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Ability to brainstorm, ideate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Research-oriented with strategic thinking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A quick learner who’s always evolving with new platforms and social tools.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate and bring ideas to life.
