Job Summary: The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to our services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a financial services context, and possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to our audience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries. Foster a positive online community and build relationships with our audience.
• Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and brand voice of the company.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives, including content marketing, email marketing, and promotions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the financial services industry. Identify opportunities for innovative content and engagement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding the promotion of financial products and services.

Qualifications:

• Graduations degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
