We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is passionate about Content Creation & Social Media Marketing, always up-to-date with online trends, can create awesome content, knows his/her pop culture and thrives on wicked creativity & outside-the-box thinking. As a Social Media Specialist, you will ensure we have informative social media/online presence that stands out while simultaneously complementing our sales & marketing strategy. Strategy & PlanningBuild and execute monthly/quarterly social media strategies tailored to the brand’s audience and goals.Own the end-to-end organic social media strategy & define channel-wise goals (IG for storytelling, LinkedIn for B2B thought leadership, YouTube for longform).Spot new platform opportunities (Threads, Pinterest, WhatsApp Channels, etc.).2. Content & Community Management Ideate content (reels, posts, stories, carousels, etc.) in line with brand positioning. Refine brand voice — fun, grounded, helpful, intelligent, never “salesy”.Plan content calendars across multiple brands.Own community management → responding to comments, DMs, building engagement.Create community hooks: Live Q&As, AMAs, polls, stories, feedback forms, contests.Translate journeys, reviews, behind-the-scenes and customer feedback into real-time content.3. Performance & Growth Research & track competitor pages, industry trends, viral formats. Lead platform growth — organically & through strategic collaborations (influencers, creators, media).Track KPIs: followers, engagement, reach, impressions, shares, CTRs.Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights & next steps.4. Collaboration Work with design, video & content teams to bring social-first ideas alive.Coordinate with the performance marketing team for organic + paid synergy.What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency or brand side).Personally active on social media with a good understanding of trends & formats.Strong eye for aesthetics, captions, and storytelling.Analytical mindset → able to interpret social media insights into strategy.Proactive, agile, and loves experimenting with content.Strong communication & copywriting skills.Video editing or reel editing skills.Bonus skills - influencer outreach, social ads understanding, meme fluency, and content trends savviness.
