Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media associate who can shape, plan, and execute Foid’s digital storytelling across all platforms. The role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and attention to design aesthetics. You’ll lead content planning, handle daily storytelling through posts and Reels, and coordinate with photographers and designers to ensure every piece of content reflects the Foid ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

· Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

· Brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, collection launches, and ongoing projects.

· Research and apply SEO and trend-driven strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Storytelling & Daily Engagement

· Capture and post daily Instagram Stories featuring the studio, site work, production updates, and behind-the-scenes moments.

· Ensure every story communicates the craftsmanship and personality of Foid — premium yet authentic.

· Respond to DMs, comments, and messages promptly in alignment with the brand tone.

· Highlight team culture and projects through dynamic story content.

Photography & Visual Coordination

· Coordinate with professional photographers and videographers for project shoots, product photography, and Reels.

· Plan shoot briefs and ensure output aligns with Foid’s visual tone (composition, lighting, material detail).

· Oversee photo and video selection, ensuring the best visuals make it to marketing platforms.

· Maintain a digital library of visuals categorized by project, collection, and product type.

Performance Tracking & Insights

· Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, and profile visits).

· Prepare monthly reports and suggest actionable improvements based on data.

· Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and content innovations in the design and luxury sectors.

Collaboration & Coordination

· Collaborate with the production and design teams to gather on-site content.

· Liaise with external partners (photographers, agencies, influencers) for campaign collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the interior, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sector.

• Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Strong command over English (copywriting and caption-writing).

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.

• Basic video editing and Reels creation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with high-end brands and premium content tone.

• Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with designers, architects, and creative professionals.
