Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of our social media presence. This role focuses on posting, coordination, engagement, and community management across brand platforms and the Founder’s public Instagram page.

This is an execution-first role, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys social media, organisation, and brand interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

Monthly content calendar planning

Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and LinkedIn

Manage stories, captions, hashtags, and posting calendars

Coordinate with the Digital Visual Designer for assets

Ensure content goes out on time and as planned

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments and DMs (brand + founder pages)

Engage with followers, communities, and relevant accounts

Track mentions, reviews, and user-generated content

Founder Account Support

Support daily posting and engagement for the Founder’s public Instagram page

Ensure tone and communication are aligned with the founder’s voice

Reporting & Trends

Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)

Prepare simple monthly reports

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and content formats

Skills & Requirements

1–2 years experience in social media or content roles

Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn

Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and Canva

Good written communication (English required)

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

Experience working with small brands or startups

Interest in lifestyle, design, fashion, or sustainability

Familiarity with AI tools for captions or content support
