Role Description

At 11:11 AdTech, we’re building a powerhouse team that crafts strategy with soul and content with impact. We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring brands to life across platforms and isn’t afraid to push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

• Stay on top of trends, reels, memes, and everything viral-worthy

• Write sharp, engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice

• Work closely with the design and strategy teams to execute campaigns

• Track metrics, analyze performance, and generate reports

• Respond to DMs, comments, and keep the community buzzing

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideas

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and content formats

• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong copywriting skills

• Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, etc.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• A genuine passion for marketing, content, and storytelling

Bonus if you have:

• Agency experience

• Knowledge of paid ad basics (Meta/LinkedIn)

• A reel/portfolio of past social media work
