As a Real Estate Sales Manager for a premium real estate brand in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for leading and closing high-value property deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound luxury property inquiries - Conducting personalized site visits and presentations - Converting leads into sales through consultative selling - Coordinating with marketing and CRM teams for lead nurturing - Tracking sales targets and reporting performance metrics - Building a strong referral and broker network To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5-7 years of real estate sales experience (luxury or high-ticket preferred) - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and client-handling ability - Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-groomed Experience in real estate CRMs and a background in handling NRI or investor deals will be considered as bonus points.
