Real Estate Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Office :502, Kasana Tower, Alpha 1 Commercial belt near Pari Chowk , Greater Noida 201310. Experience Required: 2 –7 years (Sales) Overview:We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate new business opportunities, and improve overall revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth processes. Conduct sales training sessions and performance reviews. Handle negotiations and finalize agreements with key clients. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze sales metrics and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
