Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and buying intent.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture prospects.
Share accurate project details and schedule site visits.
Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to improve lead quality.

Requirements

Graduate with 1–3 years’ pre-sales/tele-calling/customer service experience (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
Fluency in English & Hindi; local language is a plus.
