Role & responsibilities

•Source and qualify leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach

•Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and engagement

•Build and manage lead databases; update progress in CRM tools

•Schedule meetings and support senior sales with proposals and follow-ups

•Stay updated on AI and IT industry trends to tailor your outreach

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 year to 5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B outreach
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email tools
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently
  • Interest in AI, global service, staffing, or IT services is a plus
