Position Overview

Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Implementation

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives and brand guidelines
• Create and maintain social media content calendars for multiple client accounts
• Collaborate with our creative services team to produce compelling visual and video content
• Implement data-driven approaches to optimize social media performance

Content Creation & Management

• Write engaging, on-brand copy for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Coordinate with our creative team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content
• Curate relevant industry content and user-generated content
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives

Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels
• Foster community engagement and build meaningful relationships with followers
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone in all interactions

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using our data analytics solutions
• Generate comprehensive reports showing ROI, engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
• Present performance data to clients and internal stakeholders

Campaign Management

• Support paid social media advertising campaigns in coordination with our Performance Marketing team
• Assist in influencer partnership initiatives and collaborations
• Execute social media components of integrated marketing campaigns
• Coordinate cross-platform promotional activities

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• Understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content
