Social Media & Communication Content Strategist

📍 Location: Chembur, Mumbai

We’re seeking a Social Media & Communication Content Strategist who can translate that essence into the digital world, someone who thinks in stories, sees strategy in aesthetics, and understands how emotion builds engagement.


Core Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication & Narrative Building

  • Define and uphold the brand’s tone of voice across social media, digital campaigns, press notes, and collaborations.
  • Translate brand values into storytelling frameworks that feel human, artful, and emotionally resonant.
  • Collaborate with creative and PR teams to ensure messaging consistency across internal and external communication.

2. Social Media Strategy & Direction

  • Develop integrated social media strategies that align with marketing and brand goals.
  • Create content pillars and storytelling arcs tailored to each platform (Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee campaign calendars, content flow, and performance benchmarks.

3. Content Ideation & Creation Supervision

  • Lead ideation sessions for campaign narratives, captions, copy, and visual directions.
  • Brief designers, photographers, and stylists to produce conceptually strong and aesthetically aligned content.
  • Review and refine content before publishing to ensure alignment with brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling.

4. Community & Conversation Management

  • Guide the engagement tone, ensuring all communication reflects brand grace, empathy, and consistency.
  • Identify organic conversation opportunities and strengthen audience connection.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations and storytelling partnerships aligned with brand ethos.

5. Analytics, Trends & Insight Mapping

  • Track performance analytics to understand what stories, tones, and visuals resonate most.
  • Stay informed on digital trends, cultural shifts, and audience behaviour to refine future communication.
  • Present insights and creative recommendations to leadership on content performance and brand storytelling evolution.

  • Deep understanding of luxury and lifestyle communication.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and editorial sensibility.
  • Data fluency with the ability to interpret insights into creative direction.
  • Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, social analytics, and campaign management systems.
  • Sensitivity to brand aesthetics, tone, and cultural context.

Who You Are

A communicator with an editorial eye and strategic mind.

2–3 years of experience in social media, brand communication, or digital storytelling.

Deep understanding of digital culture, content direction, and luxury branding.

Fluent in brand language both visual and written.

Curious, collaborative, and creatively disciplined.
