Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & SMO:

     Develop and execute the overall social media strategy and apply

    Social Media Optimization (SMO)

     tactics.
  • Content Planning:

     Own the content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and management of all posts.
  • Visual Content Creation:

     Produce high-quality, original visual assets using skills in

    Photography and Videography

    .
  • Copywriting & Optimization:

     Write engaging, on-brand copy, optimized for reach and interaction across platforms.
  • Performance Analysis:

     Track KPIs, analyze platform data, and provide

    data-driven insights

     for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Consistency:

     Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visuals and messaging.
  • Community Engagement:

     Actively manage and grow the online community, fostering positive interactions and reputation.
  • Trend Monitoring:

     Research and integrate the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

     Collaborate with internal teams using strong

    communication

     and

    organizational skills

     to align projects.
  • Resource Management:

     Oversee content budgets, tool subscriptions, and resource allocation (if applicable).


Qualifications & Skills

  • Expertise in

    Social Media Marketing

     and

    Social Media Optimization (SMO)

    .
  • Strong skills in

    Communication

    , both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and brand storytelling.
  • Experience in

    Content Strategy

     development and execution to align with brand objectives.
  • Proficiency in

    Writing

     engaging and effective content for diverse social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

    , with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics, trends, and best practices is an advantage.
  • Experience in Photography and Videography is a strong plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
