About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Associate to grow and manage our Instagram and LinkedIn presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule posts (reels, carousels, stories) on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the audience: respond to comments, DMs, and participate in relevant communities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets.
• Conduct competitor research and suggest trends, hashtags, and strategies.
• Support campaigns to drive growth, reach, and engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management (Instagram & LinkedIn preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
