Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, your role will involve managing all aspects of social campaigns, creating and optimizing campaigns, and managing display campaigns across multiple devices. You will be responsible for building and executing a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Your tasks will also include generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action. Additionally, you will set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content. Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community, creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules, and continuously improving by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with other departments such as customer relations and sales to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions is essential for this role.
