Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with teams across the company to coordinate campaigns and announcements.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments at company events, leadership sessions, and community initiatives through photos and short videos.
Represent MathCo’s brand personality through authentic on-camera content such as culture clips, campaign videos, or event introductions.
Monitor engagement metrics, track performance, and prepare regular analytics reports.
Identify relevant trends, hashtags, and create organic content.
Respond to comments, messages, and community queries promptly.
Stay updated with evolving social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Skill Requirements:

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, and native social media platforms.
Strong communication skills — written, visual, and verbal.
Basic experience with content creation (video, photo, or reels) using mobile or a DSLR.
Analytical mindset with a grasp on performance metrics and optimization.
Comfort being both on-camera and behind the camera — this role involves content participation and creation.
Passion for storytelling, brand engagement, and digital trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
