About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Executive who can plan, create, and manage content that helps our brand stand out online. If you can think like a marketer, create like a storyteller, and execute like a pro — we’d love to meet you! This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from shooting reels and editing videos to building content calendars and managing social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Capture and edit engaging short-form videos, photos, and reels for social media.
• Be comfortable working on both sides of the camera (shooting or appearing as needed).
• Ideate and execute trend-based, campaign, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit visuals using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

Social Media Management

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Post, monitor, and engage across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Ensure the brand’s feed looks cohesive and professional.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and new features.

Branding & Strategy

• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all communication.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies for content execution.
• Track performance and suggest creative ways to improve engagement.
• Support campaign planning and idea generation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing tools.
• Creative, agile, and self-motivated — able to take initiative and execute ideas quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about storytelling, trends, and brand building.
