Social Media/Online Reputation Management

Location: Client Site - New Delhi (Safdarjung Enclave)

Shift Timings: Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm (weekend working & 1 weekday off)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media platforms, review sites

  , forums, and other online channels for brand mentions and customer feedback.

• Engage with users by responding to queries, complaints,

  and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop response strategies and escalation protocols for crisis management.

• Generate ORM reports with key metrics, trends, and improvement areas.

• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.
• Help team in developing engaging social media strategies
• Assist in posting, scheduling posts on different social media platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best ORM practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months experience in social media marketing

  domain in Creative and Digital Marketing Agencies
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Proficiency in many social media platforms (Insta, twitter, Facebook) for campaign management.

• Proficiency in social media listening and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Alerts).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle crisis situations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
