About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing our social media presence, driving engagement, and ensuring our brand voice resonates across platforms.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs, including influencer collaborations.
• Content Creation & Shoot Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots to create high-quality brand content.
• Content Curation & Posting: Curate, edit, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
• Community Engagement & Brand Voice: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
• Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates; integrate them into strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience in coordinating shoots, influencer marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
