About Us: Movifi is a dynamic content and video production collective working on a wide range of commercial, branded, and creative projects across India. We’re now expanding our team and looking for passionate Video Editors who are excited to grow, experiment, and be part of meaningful work. What You’ll Do: Edit raw footage into polished final videos (commercials, social content, short films, etc.) Work across formats: reels, brand videos, walkthroughs, interview edits, and narrative shorts. Sync audio, add music, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics when needed. Collaborate with directors, content creators, and clients to bring each project to life. Be open to feedback and revisions, and maintain timely delivery of edits. Who You Are: You’re a beginner with basic editing skills (even self-taught is great!) Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Script Writing: Write compelling, platform-native scripts that grab attention and drive action across different formats — from Instagram to YouTube. Brainstorming & Creative Strategy: Work closely with the creative team to pitch new content formats and campaign ideas, keeping storytelling, virality, and brand tone in mind. Content Review & Feedback: Review and refine scripts and treatments, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with production goals. On-Shoot Creative Support: Join shoots to help guide dialogue delivery, visual flow, and adapt the script in real-time as needed. You Should Have: A strong grip on storytelling and short-form visual content. Excellent writing skills (English/Hindi or both). Deep understanding of digital content formats and social media trends.
