• Spot and jump on trends before they go mainstream.
• Create content (memes, reels, threads, stories, posts) that’s thumb-stopping.
• Build a brand voice that’s quirky, relatable, and bold.
• Engage with online communities like you’re chatting with friends.
• Experiment, fail fast, learn faster.
• Work with designers/creators to make content that looks as good as it feels.
• Track performance—but more importantly, know when something feels right.

• Are a pop culture junkie who knows what’s trending on Instagram,Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Can write punchy one-liners, meme captions, and clapbacks in your sleep.
