About Role We are looking for a Creative Video Editor and Content Producer to join our team. This is an onsite, work from office role. Key Responsibilities Content Editing: Expertly edit and assemble raw footage into compelling finished products for various channels (social media, website, ads, long-form narratives). Manage all post-production tasks including audio mixing, graphic insertion, and final delivery. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and overall creative direction. Content Production & Shooting: Plan, set up, and execute professional video and photographic shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera operation. Assist in conceptualizing visual ideas, storyboards, and shot lists that fulfill the objectives of the creative brief. Tool Proficiency & Engagement: Utilize rapid content creation tools like CapCut and Canva to quickly prototype and deploy highly engaging content optimized for mobile and social platforms. (Knowledge of Adobe is a plus) Required Qualifications High proficiency across the application CapCut and Canva for efficient, trend-driven content creation (adobe , photoshop is a plus) Excellent ability to shoot and produce high-quality video content using professional camera equipment. A strong eye for visual composition, storytelling structure, and current digital content trends. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially when receiving feedback and translating creative visions. Deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Familiarity with sound design principles and mixing. Keeping up with Instagram Trends.
