Job Description

About Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketer – Influencer & Offline Marketing to bridge the gap between our brand and its audience, both online and offline. You’ll collaborate with creators, curate immersive on-ground experiences, and amplify our brand's “Feel Good, Always” philosophy through authentic, memorable brand moments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from shortlisting to outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and collaborators.
  • Lead offline activations, pop-ups, and brand experiences with seamless execution.
  • Manage logistics, sampling, and creative collaterals for on-ground marketing.
  • Collaborate with social media and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and feedback to improve future initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of trends in influencer and experiential marketing to suggest new ideas.


Required Qualifications

  • Min 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand activations, or events (D2C/lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for people, aesthetics, and storytelling-driven experiences.
