Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and marketing initiatives. The role involves strategizing, managing, and executing social media campaigns, overseeing content creation, designing marketing collaterals, and driving brand awareness and lead generation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
  • Plan monthly and weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Create, review, and approve high-quality content including graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags.
  • Design and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, pitch decks, and digital creatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, operations) to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign analytics; prepare regular reports and insights.
  • Manage online brand reputation and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, AI tools, and content formats.
  • Manage external vendors, designers, freelancers, or agencies if required.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital marketing funnels.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and metrics.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Prior experience in managing teams or leading marketing campaigns is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,217.64 per month
