About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and help grow our brand across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content creation, trends, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for brand growth.
• Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) for all platforms.
• Manage daily postings on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare monthly reports and propose improvements based on insights.
• Manage paid ads and boost strategies when required.
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and aesthetics across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
• Good understanding of content creation, photography, videography, and editing basics.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and follow social media trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing apps.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads Manager).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics.
