Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell rOTA’s reconciliation services to hotels and hospitality businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing them to the benefits of rOTA, and securing new business through direct sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: · Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential hotel clients that could benefit from rOTA’s reconciliation services, focusing on both independent hotels and hotel groups. · Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations: Communicate the value of rOTA’s services (Hotel Collect Reconciliation and Virtual Card Recovery) through detailed presentations and product demonstrations, either in person or virtually. · Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, pain points, and how rOTA’s solutions can address them. Collaborate closely with hotel finance and operations teams to ensure they understand the full benefits of our services. · Closing Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients. Be able to explain the minimal time commitment needed for implementation (only 5-10 minutes of access to OTA portals). · Market Awareness & Reporting: Stay updated on trends in the hospitality and OTA space. Provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities. Regularly report on sales activity and performance. Service Overview: · Hotel Collect Reconciliation (HCR): Identify discrepancies where OTAs report higher revenue than what the PMS system has recorded. Correct these by adjusting reservations in the OTA portals, helping properties save on unnecessary commission payments. · Virtual Card Recovery (VCR): Recover unclaimed funds on virtual cards by identifying unprocessed amounts and ensuring properties recover these balances. Focus on minimal time investment by clients (just 5-10 minutes) and emphasize the 180-day look-back analysis. Requirements: · Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sector. · Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms. · Familiarity with hotel operations, OTA reservations, and PMS systems is a plus. · Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude. · Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively. · A willingness to learn about property reconciliation processes and rOTA’s unique platform. · Tremendous command skills . IT Support Specialist : Summary : The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and ensuring users can effectively utilize technology. The IT Support Specialist is often the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and plays a crucial role in maintaining user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Technical Support: To Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone and email. Work with our IT Director USA to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Work with our technical team Member to troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Assist users with operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.), applications, and network connectivity. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. Help Desk Operations. Log and track support requests in a ticketing system. Prioritize and manage support tickets based on urgency and impact. Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records of support activities. User Account Management: Create, modify, and delete emails companywide. Create, modify, and delete user accounts across platforms (billing, OTAs, etc). Build out and maintain secure password sharing platform companywide. Reset passwords and manage user permissions. Assist users with account access and login issues. Due diligence – when on- and off-boarding hotels, ensuring we have ownership and access to all necessary platforms. Work with departments to get lists of necessary information. Software and Hardware Installation. Install and configure software applications. Set up and deploy new computers and other hardware. Assist with hardware maintenance and repairs. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions. Develop and deliver training to end-users on software and hardware. Contribute to the IT knowledge base. Inventory Management: Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and peripherals for both US and India locations. Assist with procurement of IT equipment. Other Duties: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and support trends. o Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (if applicable). o Perform other duties as assigned.
