Social Media and Marketing Manager

About us :- Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad is India’s premier cultural examination boards, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian art, music, dance, and culture. We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us expand our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Create, schedule, and post regular content on our Facebook, Instagram & YouTube channels.

• Manage Facebook page leads, messages, comments, and maintain audience engagement.

• Upload videos, reels, shorts, posters, and event highlights across social platforms.

• Stay updated with current trends, viral content, and social media best practices.

• Coordinate with the internal team for event updates, visuals, and promotional materials.

• Basic design tasks such as creating simple posters or using templates (Canva or similar).

• Monitor analytics and insights to improve performance and reach.

Required Skills :- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

• Ability to handle content uploading, scheduling, and lead management.

• Knowledge of trending content formats and audience engagement methods.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).

• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
• Age: 20 – 30 years
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in social media management (1–2 years preferred).
• Interest in Indian culture, music, dance, and arts will be an advantage.
