Shift: U.S. Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-time About the Role DataPure Technologies LLP is looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented International Sales Caller to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will handle outbound international calls, engage with U.S. clients, pitch our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales. This position requires excellent English communication skills, strong sales ability, and a confident approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. region. Present and promote company products/services effectively and professionally. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert qualified leads into sales. Build long-term relationships with international customers. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and conversions in the CRM. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for campaign improvements. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends. Share timely feedback with management to improve processes and results. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Experience in international calling, telesales, or outbound sales (preferred).
