Social Media Ads Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation and performance marketing, preferably in the immigration, visa, or overseas services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and funnels for lead generation

Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS

Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools

Manage budgets, daily spends, and scaling strategies

Coordinate with content/design teams for high-converting creatives

Ensure compliance with platform policies, especially for immigration-related ads

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in paid advertising and performance marketing

Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Experience in lead generation campaigns (forms, landing pages, funnels)

Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance

Preferred (Added Advantage):

Experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, or global mobility businesses

Knowledge of compliance and ad policies related to immigration services

Experience handling high-ticket or consultation-based leads
