Visa Expert

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Expert to assist clients in navigating international visa and immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of visa categories, application requirements, embassy procedures, and the latest immigration policies of multiple countries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures

Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Stay updated on immigration laws, policy changes, and embassy guidelines.

Schedule visa appointments and coordinate with embassies or consulates when needed.

Handle visa interview preparations

Follow up with clients and government authorities on application status and documentation.

Maintain records of client documentation, communications, and case progress.

Provide timely updates to clients on the progress of their applications.

Handle complex cases such as visa rejections, appeals, and urgent/emergency travel situations.

📚 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in International Relations, Law, Public Administration, or related fields)

1–3+ years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel documentation

In-depth knowledge of visa categories (tourist, student, work, business, family, etc.)

Familiarity with online visa portals

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in English; additional language(s) is a plus

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
