Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Expert to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and immigration procedures for various countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Provide professional advice to clients on visa types, eligibility criteria, and application processes for multiple countries 

 • Guide clients through the entire visa application process, including document preparation, form submission, interview scheduling, and follow-up.

 • Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.

 • Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws and visa policies.

 • Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers on behalf of clients when necessary.

 • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all cases are handled within set timelines.

 • Educate clients on visa interview processes and help prepare them for interviews.

 • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person consultations.

 • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards of immigration consultancy.

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Business, or a related field (preferred).

 • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Consultant, Immigration Officer, or in a related role.

 • In-depth knowledge of international visa regulations and procedures.

 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

 • Fluency in multiple languages.

 • Previous experience working with travel agencies or immigration firms.

 • Knowledge of student, work, tourist, and permanent residency visa categories.
