Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Expert located in Surat. The Visa Expert will be responsible for managing visa applications, documentation, and counseling clients on various visa requirements and regulations. The day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with embassies, ensuring that all paperwork is processed on time, and keeping up to date with any changes in visa policies. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client inquiries or issues will also be key responsibilities.

📍 Location: Udhna Darwaja, Surat

🕓 Experience: 2–3 years

🔹 Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end visa processing for tourist and business visas

-Guide clients on documentation, embassy procedures, and visa requirements

-Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy updates, and travel advisories

-Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers

-Verify documents for accuracy and compliance

Assist the travel team with visa support for packages and itineraries

-Strong knowledge of international visa processes 

-Excellent communication & customer service skills

-Great attention to detail and document handling ability

-Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools

-Experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment
