Job Description

This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and persuading them to purchase services related to visa applications, residency, or citizenship. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Sales: Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various methods like cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their immigration needs, explaining how specific immigration services or solutions can meet those needs. Sales Presentations: Present tailored immigration services to potential clients, demonstrating expertise and the benefits of using the company's services to ensure success in their immigration process. Providing Expert Advice: Assessment of Eligibility: Analyze client profiles to determine their eligibility for various visa types (e.g., work, study, family reunification, business) or immigration programs. Customized Solutions: Recommend the most suitable immigration pathways based on the client's specific goals (e.g., permanent residency, citizenship, work permits). Explaining Services: Clarify the process, requirements, costs, and timelines associated with immigration applications. Document and Application Support: Application Guidance: Help clients gather necessary documents and guide them through the submission process. Processing Applications: In some cases, assist clients in preparing and submitting their immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Customer Relationship Management: Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates on their immigration status or the progress of their applications. Resolving Issues: Address any concerns or challenges that arise during the sales process or while the client's immigration application is being processed. Client Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to encourage referrals and long-term relationships with clients. Sales Targets and Reporting: Meeting Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing clients for immigration services. Tracking Leads and Sales: Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track potential clients, sales activities, and conversions. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Marketing and Brand Promotion: Networking: Build relationships with referral sources, such as educational institutions, law firms, and business organizations. Promotion: Actively promote the company's immigration services in the market, creating awareness and fostering trust in the company's expertise. Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, preferably in a client-facing role. Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies is essential. Immigration Knowledge: While not a full-fledged immigration lawyer, having a basic understanding of immigration laws and visa processes is necessary to effectively advise clients. Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex legal or immigration matters in a simple, clear way to clients, and to negotiate and persuade potential clients. Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer service, ensuring that clients feel supported throughout the process. Target-Oriented: Must be driven by achieving sales targets, with the ability to manage multiple prospects at various stages of the sales cycle. Multitasking: Ability to handle various clients and cases simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and service standards are met. Education and Certifications: Education: A degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field is preferred. Sales or Immigration Certifications: While formal immigration consultancy certifications are not always required, a background in sales, customer service, or immigration law (or certifications in immigration consulting) can be advantageous.
