Role Overview

We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads that convert into high-ticket clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, and LinkedIn.
• Research audience targeting, competitor analysis, and media buying strategy.
• Create and manage retargeting funnels.
• Collaborate with content team for creatives & ad copy.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimize daily.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in running paid ads for service-based / coaching / agency businesses.
• Hands-on with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead generation funnels.
• Ability to handle ad budgets from ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000+/month.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
