Specialist (Meta Business Suite Expert)

We are hiring a Social Media & PPC Ads Expert with 4–5 years of proven experience running

campaigns for US clients. This role starts as a freelance position with the potential to

transition into a full-time opportunity.

Role Highlights:

• Freelance to Full-Time opportunity

• Remote position (work with US clients)

• Focus on Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Expertise in Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager required

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social

media platforms.

• Manage accounts via Meta Business Suite and ensure proper tracking (pixels, events,

analytics).

• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.

• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media PPC advertising.

• Proven track record of managing campaigns for US clients.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and campaign optimization

strategies.

• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads.

• Knowledge of eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.

• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, SEMrush, etc.).
